(if compatible with our system, if not we can create a form for you.) 
 

2. We design you a form that will look
very similar to your form. 
3. We customize your form to be emailed to your HR Department or other, when your client fills out the application.

That's it - It's easy as 1 2 3

1.  We host & manage your site.
2.  All submissions are sent to whatever email(s) that it needs to go and also saved forever in a centralized location. (We will share that location with you and provide directions when completed with the project)
3.  Never worry,  if you lose that email, Just Search that database online.
